Just a few years ago, Lynn and I witnessed a solar eclipse together for the first time—it was Lynn’s very first, and an experience we both found unforgettable. This time around, we were eager to see another, and decided to turn it into an adventure. We teamed up with our good friends, Patrick and Karina, and set off on a road trip to witness the magic once again.

With some extra time built into our itinerary, we explored a few incredible stops along the way. We visited the Clinton Library, strolled across the scenic Stone Bridge, ventured into the awe-inspiring Blanchard Springs Caverns, and enjoyed the relaxed charm of Mountain View, a town that completely won us over.

The trip was unforgettable, filled with great company, beautiful sights, and shared laughs. But it was the eclipse that truly made the experience extraordinary—a celestial moment that brought it all together in the most spectacular way.
